What we collect, how we use it, and your privacy rights.

1. What information do we collect?

We collect personal information you provide voluntarily (names, emails, phone numbers, passwords, billing addresses) and payment data processed through Stripe. We also automatically collect technical data — IP address, device and browser information, location and usage logs — when you access our services.

2. How do we process your information?

To create accounts, deliver services, respond to enquiries, send administrative and marketing communications, enable user-to-user communication, and comply with legal obligations. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

3. What legal bases do we rely on?

Consent, contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations and vital interests. EU/UK users have GDPR protections; Canadian users can withdraw consent. We act as data controller.

4. When and with whom do we share information?

Personal information may be shared during business transfers, mergers or acquisitions. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding twelve months and will not do so.

5. Cookies and tracking

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (web beacons, pixels) to access or store information. Details are in our Cookie Notice.

6. How long do we keep your information?

Only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as legally required. When no longer needed, data is deleted, anonymised or securely isolated until deletion is possible.

7. How do we keep your information safe?

We implement technical and organisational security measures, but no transmission over the Internet or storage technology can be guaranteed 100% secure.

8. Information from minors

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18, and will deactivate accounts and delete data if discovered.

9. Your privacy rights

Users in the EEA, UK, Switzerland and Canada can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, withdraw consent, unsubscribe from marketing and review or modify account information.

10. Do-Not-Track

We do not currently respond to Do-Not-Track browser signals as no uniform standard has been finalised.

11. US residents' rights

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Virginia have rights to access, delete, correct and opt out. California residents can request third-party disclosure information under the Shine-The-Light law.

12. Other regions

Australia and New Zealand residents have rights under their Privacy Acts; South African residents can complain to the Information Regulator.

13. Updates to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time; material changes are communicated by prominent or direct notice.
