Supply Guarantee Program

Why it exists

Engineers face real risk when selecting hardware from smaller companies. The Supply Guarantee Program assures that covered systems remain available long-term and won't become obsolete or change drastically.

High-volume production

Boards are manufactured in high volume, typically exceeding 1,000 units per batch, with failure rates below 0.5% — enabling quick stock replenishment.

Mature, tested design

Covered designs are at least 1.5 years old with no significant revision in the past year. Over 1,000 units are in active use, with failure rates not exceeding 1%.

5-year lifetime guarantee

We offer a minimum 5-year lifetime guarantee from the release date of each board.

Component inventory

We physically store up to 18 months of the core components needed to build these boards — a strategy that maintained continuous supply through the 2020–2023 chip shortage. All chips carry 10-year minimum supply guarantees.

Manufacturing consistency

Stock levels are audited monthly with a continuous manufacturing pipeline to prevent stockouts, supporting ISO 9001 compliance. Standard lead time is 4–6 weeks when stock is unavailable.

Design flexibility & file access

We design and manufacture our own boards, allowing rapid component substitution during obsolescence. High-volume customers can receive access to source hardware, firmware and software files for extended supply assurance.
