1. Our services
BotBlox operates the website and related services. We are registered in the United Kingdom; services are not tailored to specific regulatory regimes, and you must comply with local laws where you access the platform.
2. Intellectual property
We own all intellectual property in the services. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence for personal or internal business use; any other use requires written permission.
3. User representations
You warrant your registration information is accurate, you have legal capacity, you are not a minor, and you won't use automated access or violate laws.
4. User registration
Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for all account activity. We may remove usernames deemed inappropriate.
5. Products
We aim to display product information accurately but make no guarantee on colour, features or specifications. Products are subject to availability and price changes.
6. Purchases and payment
We accept major credit cards and require current, complete payment information. Prices include applicable tax unless exemption is pre-approved in writing.
7. Return policy
Please review our Shipping & Returns policy prior to making any purchase.
8. Prohibited activities
You may not systematically retrieve data, defraud others, circumvent security, harass users, use automated tools, upload malware, impersonate others or reverse-engineer software.
9. User contributions
You grant BotBlox an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual licence to use contributions for any purpose.
10. Contribution licence
By posting, you authorise use of your content, name and likeness worldwide in any format. You retain ownership but waive moral rights.
11. Third-party websites & content
We are not responsible for third-party websites or content linked through the services and do not endorse external products.
12. Services management
We may monitor for violations, take legal action, refuse or restrict access, and manage the platform to protect our rights.
13. Privacy policy
Review our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these terms. Services are hosted in the United Kingdom and you consent to data transfer there.
14. Copyright infringements
Notify us immediately of any infringement. False claims may incur liability.
15. Term and termination
We may deny access and delete accounts at any time without notice or liability. Terminated users may not create new accounts under false names.
16. Modifications and interruptions
We may modify or discontinue services at any time without notice and assume no liability for downtime.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by United Kingdom law. EU consumers retain statutory protections in their home country.
18. Dispute resolution
Parties attempt 60 days of informal negotiation before arbitration through the European Court of Arbitration (UK), in English. Class actions are prohibited.
19. Corrections
We may correct errors, inaccuracies and omissions at any time without notice.
20. Disclaimer
Services are provided as-is and as-available. We disclaim all warranties and assume no liability for errors, injury, unauthorised access, interruptions, viruses or third-party products.
21. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior six months. Some jurisdictions prohibit such limitations.
22. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify BotBlox against losses arising from your contributions, use of the services and breaches of these terms.
23. User data
You are responsible for data you transmit. We perform backups but assume no liability for data loss or corruption.
24. Electronic communications
You consent to electronic communications and agree digital signatures and delivery satisfy legal requirements.
25. California users
California residents may contact the Division of Consumer Services for unresolved complaints.
26. Miscellaneous
These terms are the entire agreement. No joint venture or partnership is created between you and BotBlox.
